Project Overview
Embark on a journey of artistic discovery with our special holiday art project, an intriguing exploration under the theme "I Didn't Even Know You Existed." This unique endeavor invites ROAR members to delve into the realms of the undiscovered, the overlooked, and the hidden facets of existence. Through diverse mediums and perspectives, artists will unravel the mysteries, express the unspoken, and illuminate the unseen.
Objective
Challenge conventional notions, ignite curiosity, and celebrate the beauty of the unnoticed. Participants are encouraged to create artworks that unveil hidden worlds, whether they be personal, societal, or cosmic. The goal is to evoke a sense of revelation and connection through artistic expression.
Guidelines
Medium and Format: Artists are free to choose their preferred medium, whether it be painting, sculpture, photography, digital art, or any other form of creative expression. The Buzz Gallery will accommodate various formats.
Interpretation: The theme "I Didn't Even Know You Existed" can be interpreted broadly. It might explore the microscopic wonders, the overlooked stories, or even imaginative realms that exist beyond our perception.
Collaboration: Artists are encouraged to collaborate, sharing perspectives and discoveries. Cross-disciplinary collaborations that blend artistic expressions are highly welcomed.
Exhibition Details:
The culmination of this project will be a collaborative exhibition held in our Buzz Gallery, enriching the ongoing "Cosmic Conversations: Bridging Worlds" showcase. The gallery will become a tapestry of revelations, a testament to the hidden treasures brought to light by our talented members.
This project is a fantastic opportunity to uncover the extraordinary in the ordinary, and we can't wait to see the magic that unfolds as we collectively declare, "I Didn't Even Know You Existed."
Timeline:
The project is to be developed by you over the next few weeks, with a sharing and installation session on the 31st January. More info on this session will be sent out in the new year.
