We’re recruiting new Board Members
We are currently seeking to appoint four new Board members who can actively contribute to the realisation of ROAR's ambitious agenda.
These individuals will join us during an exciting phase, where their input will play a vital role in shaping our future direction as an NPO organisation, as we embark on the development of our future in alignment with the Arts Council's innovative Let's Create Strategy and all of our creative endeavours in Rotherham, a designated priority location.
Board members assume the responsibility of challenging and scrutinising our work, thereby playing a crucial role in influencing and guiding our organisational culture.
In our quest for new Board members, we are specifically seeking individuals who share our vision and dedication to enhancing local communities. We particularly encourage applications from candidates with expertise in the following areas: Finance, Fundraising, Legal, Sustainability, and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
At our core, we prioritise diversity and inclusion within our organisation. Therefore, we warmly welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, as we believe your unique perspectives and strategic thinking abilities will greatly contribute to our endeavours.
