Studio To Let

ROAR Artspace has a studio available to let. If you're looking for a creative space to let with plenty of natural light and a blank canvas to work with, it's the perfect place to get your creative juices flowing.

The studio is 207 square metres (9 foot by 23 foot) at £120 per month, service charges of £30 a year, separate studio metered electric.

ROAR currently provides:

• Disabled access toilet

• Free WiFi access

• Affordable, secure, and self contained

• Good natural light

• Kitchen and communal areas

• Access to exhibitions and talks

• Discounted rental of larger communal spaces

ROAR currently has 11 studios at Westgate Chambers. We support a thriving community of talented artists, makers, and creative businesses at ROAR Artspace. From painters and sculptors to designers and educators here are just a few of the artists who create work in our building.
